Modern Day Alchemy

                Welcome to where my imagination is alchemized into reality & where the unexpected is alchemized into copper. It brings me so much joy to make these pieces. Each piece is created with loving, positive intentions. Copper is a beautiful metal with endless possibilities. Metaphysically it magnifies energy from the healer or minerals. And that’s just the beginning of it’s metaphysical properties. Now imagine that copper magnifying the metaphysical properties of the crystal in its company. MAGIC! 

Majority of the copper pieces listed will be sealed. Overtime that seal will fade due to contact with skin, soaps, lotions, etc. To presrve the finish longer, do not expose to soaps and lotions. You can paint a coat of clear nail polish on any parts you notice oxidizing. Copper will naturally oxidize in open air or in reaction to skin contact. The clear coating protects the piece from oxidizing as long as the finish remains intact. Do not swim in chlorinated pools or the ocean with your copper jewelry. 

For any pieces that are raw or uncoated, as stated earlier copper will naturally oxidize and can leave a harmless greenish tint where it is repeatedly on contact with the skin. This is an easy fix with some good cleaning (and re-sealing for pieces that were previously sealed). Copper can be cleaned with steel wool or a brass brush (while using these items avoid the crystals to prevent scratching or damaging them). Follow all other precautions mentioned above for sealed copper.
