Tiger Iron
Where are my Harry Potter fans??!! This beautiful stone is often referred to as mugglestone. It may look similar to the well known tiger eye, and that’s because tiger eye makes up part of its composition. This stone is comprised of Tiger eye, red jasper and hematite. Metaphysically this stone has the benefits of all three stones.
If you notice the copper has taken on some unique formations on the pendant pictured. This is because Hematite’s mineral composition contains iron. When electroforming tiger iron the copper reacts with the iron, forming unique formations in each piece. This is the exact reason tiger iron is my favorite stone to electroform. The way it reacts in the bath is absolutely magical.
